When installing these vinyl decals, patience is required to very slowly and gently peal back the clear transfer layer. If you pull or rush the decal will come away with the transfer layer.
 
Make sure the glass is clean and very dry. Place the decal in place and gently rub over with a flat credit card. To remove the transfer layer, start from one corner and peal back diagonally with the transfer layer flat against the glass. If the decal starts to come away with the transfer layer, try starting from an alternative corner.
